Sales EA/Admin | Real Estate | Doncaster The opportunity has arisen to join a team of 20 friendly staff in a close knit team supporting an elite team of sales consultants in the Doncaster office This role could suit someone who has their agents rep certificate, real estate, and has real estate reception, sales admin, sales PA or other marketing/admin experience inside property and/or Real Estate. Responsibilities Include: • Manage and educate buyers throughout their homeownership journey • Coordinate/attend buyer appointments, open homes, and inspections • Prospect and generate qualified leads via calls, emails, and letterbox drops • Schedule and confirm meetings and appraisals • Handle inbound sales enquiries and follow-up post-inspection • Assist with some negotiations and buyer qualification before auctions • Prepare reports, sales documents, and marketing material • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage admin tasks efficiently • Ensure every vendor and buyer touchpoint aligns with our brand values • Take part in ongoing training, coaching, and team growth sessions The Ideal Candidate Has: VIC Agent's Representative Certificate Experience in Real Estate Admin/Sales Admin Role Experience using Office 365 / Microsoft Emails etc Excellent verbal communication & time management skills Apply now so you don't miss out on the opportunity to interview and explore this opportunity, or contact: Ben at ben@oakrecruitment.com.au for more info.
